• Call-booking information, including your selected meeting time and scheduling details provided through Calendly.
• Retreat and transaction information needed to manage an application, reservation, or payment. Payment providers process card information directly; Enimsay does not receive your full card number.
• Basic technical and campaign information, such as the page or advertisement that referred you, device or browser information, and website activity collected through cookies, logs, or analytics tools.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to retreat enquiries, contact you about your application, and help you schedule a call.
• Assess fit, manage reservations and payments, and provide retreat-related support and service messages.
• Measure the performance of our website and advertising, understand where enquiries and bookings come from, and improve our services.
• Send promotional messages where you have consented or where permitted by law. You can opt out of promotional email at any time.
• Protect our services, prevent misuse, and meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We may share information with providers that help us operate the retreat and its marketing, such as Meta, Calendly, Google, Klaviyo, Typeform, Stripe, and Vercel. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We share only what is reasonably necessary for the service being provided. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use available contractual and legal safeguards for international transfers.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, retreat administration, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or receive a portable copy. You may also unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message.

Age limits and third-party links

Our retreat enquiries and bookings are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Our website and messages may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
